What hiring a cook usually costs
For a full-time cook earning ₹15,000 a month. We publish our fee because you should know it before you call.
Questions families ask
No. Signup, verification, matching and placement are free for workers on every plan. If anyone asks a worker for money in Saathi’s name, we want to hear about it.
Agents usually charge a month’s salary, often to the worker, and rarely say why. Saathi charges families one published fee, takes nothing from the worker, and replaces the person for free if it does not work out.
You and the worker agree on it directly. Saathi takes no commission from wages.
If the placement does not work out within 20 days of the start date, we find you someone new at no extra cost. If that also does not work out, we refund your placement fee.
The fee is paid before contact details are shared, so both sides know the arrangement is real. You pay once per hire, not every month.
Verifying every worker takes ID checks and calls from our team. Fees from families cover that work so workers never have to.
